According to ESPN Los Angeles there has been a rematch scheduled between L.A.’s Drew League and Washington D.C’s Goodman League.
The two leagues squared off once before, on Aug. 21st, when the Goodman League defeated Drew 145-144 after two late free throws from Oklahoma City Thunder guard Kevin Durant.
Due to the NBA lockout there have been various NBA players suiting up for both leagues during the summer. Stars such as Durant, Kobe Bryant and Chris Paul have participated in various summer leagues around the country. From the Knicks, Carmelo Anthony and guard Chauncey Billups have worked on their game in summer leagues as well.
The game between the Drew League and Goodman League is scheduled to take place on Oct. 9 in Los Angeles, California. The time is tentatively scheduled for 5:30 PM PST, according to Drew League commissioner Drew Smiley.
