Celtics' Davis Not Worried About Stoudemire

Even though the Knicks-Celtics series has not yet tipped-off, several players are already beginning to talk trash. Boston Celtics’ forward Glen Davis told reporters defending Amar’e Stoudemire is not difficult. “It’s really not that hard,” Davis said. “I don’t know why…I give him too much credit.” However, Stoudemire averaged 24 points per game when the Knicks played the Celtics in the regular season, and he had dominated his match-up with Glen Davis.

As for Stoudemire, he is not to worried about beating the Celtics. Stoudemire has openly admitted that he is looking to reach the Finals,  and for him the Celtics are just one team standing in their way. Nevertheless, this first round series will be a delight to watch and every game will feature a thrilling finish.

The Knicks and Celtics will play Game 1 tonight at 7:00 P.M. EST on TNT.
